Grace, balance, coordination and musicality! This is a beginner adult ballet class that will follow a traditional format of barrework, centrework, and enchainments across the floor.It is a beautiful art form and a wonderful form of expression!
Session: April 2nd – May 21st (8 wks) 3:30 – 4pm | Ages 3 – 5 Children will explore a variety of movements that will introduce them to dance fundamentals, with a sprinkle of yoga. Children will experience a variety of music, movements, props and instruments.

Let your inner light shine brightly! Learn the fundamentals of classical ballet. Participants will learn how to: warm up their bodies, develop their musicality, learn to move at different speeds, develop their spacial awareness, and express ideas/stories through movement.

Beginner Irish dance, dancers will learn the basics of Irish dance in both soft and hard shoe. Class for both recreation and competitive dancers. Shows optional.

This is an eight week dance intensive session for beginners new to Middle Eastern dance who are ready for a challenge. This program is designed for those who would like to learn this art in a more formal and progressive manner. Build core strength, increase flexibility, learn fluidity in movement, muscle and movement control, and tone muscles throughout it all.
