Join Adrian for a free and fun sand and surf inspired yoga class at McTavish Academy Of Art.
The class will feature a laid back theme of beach savvy tunes and classic favourites from Jack Johnson, the Beach Boys, and Bob Marley.
Come out to enjoy the class in our indoor oasis that will be transformed with projected pictures of our upcoming retreat location in Jiquilillo, Nicaragua. We’ll have a great time, and you’ll get to learn all the sweet details about the adventures we have planed for you at Yoga & Surf Retreat 2018!
