Catherine is a graduate of the LAB Method 200-Hour Foundations Teacher Training at Yoga Lab Victoria. As a mom of two young girls, she fell in love with yoga as a way to cultivate mindfulness, calm her nervous system and connect to her truest self. Her goal is to use yoga as a transformational tool, weaving in breathwork, meditation and yoga philosophy, to help others in the way that yoga has helped her.
Her intention is that students leave her classes feeling supported, nourished and inspired. Catherine believes yoga should feel good, and that as long as you’re moving and breathing, you’re good at yoga. Her classes are safe, accessible, alignment-focused, and most importantly, fun.
