Have you always wanted to try ballet, or perhaps, it has been awhile since you last put on your ballet shoes? Give this beautiful art form a try and develop grace, mobility, flexibility, and coordination into the body & soul! This two hour workshop provides a perfect introduction to the art of Ballet for Adults. The class will begin with a 45minute conditioning class that will also utilise strength and mobilising exercises using therabands and balls. The last hour and fifteen minutes will take you through a traditional ballet class which includes barre work and centre practice.
