This two-hour workshop has been designed for beginners. Come explore the foundations of Hatha yoga, including simple but profound postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques. This workshop will offer techniques to help you deal with stress, focus a distracted mind and connect more meaningfully to all areas of your life.

Kaeli Rose will provide an open, safe, and nurturing environment. Bring a pen, paper and a yoga mat (some mats are available if you do not have one). Wear comfortable clothes to stretch in, a snack in case you get hungry, and a sweater/extra layer of clothing.
