This quiet, slow practice helps restore nervous system balance and can release deeply held tensions. We use props to support the postures to allow the breath, mind, and body to settle and invite deep relaxation and healing. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. This series is accessible to everyone and is a wonderful way to take a moment to deeply nourish yourself.

We look forward to having you join us in the studio. We offer pre-registered series to ensure we maintain small class sizes providing lots of space to setup in the studio.
