Alyssa will gently guide you through yoga practices that support the physical changes and common aches during pregnancy. Have you heard about Mindfulness but not sure what it’s all about? Mindfulness is the fastest growing meditation practice in the world and is changing from a strictly spiritual practice to one that emphasizes wellness and living a more happy, stress-free life.

When we approach yoga from a place of mindfulness, we are able to connect with our own personal truth. This class will introduce the student to the basic philosophy of yoga and will include asana (yoga postures), basic pranayama (breathing), meditation or chanting and relaxation. Instruction will be given for both beginner and advanced students and all students are encouraged to work at an appropriate level.
