Sunday, November 24th, 2019 Time: 9am – 4pm
An opportunity to practice mindfulness for a whole day without the distractions of daily living. Join us for this one-day retreat in which we will practice formal and informal mindfulness meditation techniques including; breathing, walking, yoga, Tai chi, tea ceremony and more.

Qigong is a simple, effective method to help you balance your life: Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually. SFQ helps transform energy blockages in your body, it restores and balances your energy through exercise and meditation.

Enjoy a safe pre-natal yoga practice. Mackenzie will gently guide you through yoga practices that support the physical changes and common aches during pregnancy. Create friendships with other moms in the community while learning simple yet profound methods to relax, de-stress and prepare you for labor and childbirth.

When we approach yoga from a place of mindfulness, we are able to connect with our own personal truth. This class will introduce the student to the basic philosophy of yoga and will include asana (yoga postures), basic pranayama (breathing), meditation or chanting and relaxation. Instruction will be given for both beginner and advanced students and all students are encouraged to work at an appropriate level.
