Join us for this in depth exploration of the core muscles. Instead of focusing on the more well known outer abdominal muscles, we will explore the deeper postural muscles in the core of the body. Often developing the outer abdominal muscles starts to resemble wearing a stiff corset that restricts our movement and ultimately our strength as well. For more information see www.junewingtherapeuticyoga.com or call June at 250-888-5262. To register, email June at firstname.lastname@example.org
