A practice of slowing down; a practice that allows oneself the time and space to properly rest and restore. An opportunity to unwind the stress and tension that resides in the deep tissues of the body.
March 5th – April 23rd (8 Wks)
Thursday’s 6 – 7pm
This quiet, slow practice helps restore nervous system balance and can release deeply held tensions. We use props to support the postures to allow the breath, mind, and body to settle and invite deep relaxation and healing.

Have you heard about Mindfulness but not sure what it’s all about? Mindfulness is the fastest growing meditation practice in the world and is changing from a strictly spiritual practice to one that emphasizes wellness and living a more happy, stress-free life.
Sunday, May 3rd, 2020 9am – 4pm
An opportunity to practice mindfulness for a whole day without the distractions of daily living. Join us for this one-day retreat in which we will practice formal and informal mindfulness meditation techniques, including breathing, walking, yoga, Tai chi, tea ceremony and more. A chance to deepen your practice and meet other meditators. All abilities welcome.

Enjoy a safe pre-natal yoga practice. Mackenzie will gently guide you through yoga practices that support the physical changes and common aches during pregnancy. Create friendships with other moms in the community while learning simple yet profound methods to relax, de-stress and prepare you for labor and childbirth.

When we approach yoga from a place of mindfulness, we are able to connect with our own personal truth. This class will introduce the student to the basic philosophy of yoga and will include asana (yoga postures), basic pranayama (breathing), meditation or chanting and relaxation. Instruction will be given for both beginner and advanced students and all students are encouraged to work at an appropriate level.
