Kathy has been very drawn to alternative healing practices and has training in reiki, healing touch and crainosacral, as well as more recently Qigong. In the discovery and practice of Qigong she has discovered the great benefits both physically and mentally. Kathy studied with the founder of Spring Forest Qigong, Master Chunyi Lin and obtained Level 4 training. She is very passionate about sharing this self healing form of exercise which will increase your flexibility and assist you in gaining and maintaining good physical and emotional health. Qigong is a holistic approach to health balancing Body, Mind and Spirit.
