Linda is a BCRPA and YMCA certified Yoga Fitness Instructor, and has her 200-hour RYT certification. She is also certified in YIN, Restorative, Nidra and Somatic yoga practices and recently attained her Older Adult certification. Her Hatha classes provide a well-balanced combination of flowing poses meant to invigorate and strengthen, and include balance and flexibility training. Her Yin classes offer gentle postures that stimulate the connective tissues to encourage flexibility of the joints and recharge the body’s energetic system. Her Restorative, Nidra and Somatic classes inspire balance and renewal and nurture a state of wellness.
Linda found yoga during a difficult time in her life, and the healing benefits of her yoga practice made it possible for her to regain a sense of wholeness. It is these healing properties that inspired her to become an instructor so she could share the therapeutic qualities of yoga with others. She lives with her husband inSidney, and enjoys skiing, motorcycle riding, hiking, travelling, the theatre and movies.
