Yoga Class Descriptions
Hatha
Hatha Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, allowing students the time to settle into specific postures while focusing on mindful breath. This practice offers both gentle stretching and strengthening postures, which is suitable for beginners and ongoing students.
Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow focuses on connecting breath with movement. This class is practiced at a faster pace than Hatha Yoga. The fluid nature of this practice will build strength through both movement and holding the postures for 5-10 breaths.
This class is suitable for beginners and those students looking for a stronger practice.

Core Flow
Core Flow is similar to Hatha Flow but focuses on building strength & flexibility by integrating core stabilizing work with mindful movement and breath awareness. This class is suitable for those students looking for a stronger practice.
Yin
Yin yoga is the practice of slowing down; an act which is essential for our health and longevity. Holding individual postures for several minutes allows you to relax, release tension, and move deeply into each pose. During this time, you access your body’s deeper connective tissue which helps to increase mobility, improve circulation, strengthen bone tissue, and promote joint hydration.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle Hatha Yoga is as it sounds a gentler form of Hatha Yoga. It is practiced at a slower pace, exploring more gentle postures and moving from each posture with care and consideration for both injuries and physical limitations. This class is suitable for beginners and those students looking for a less intense practice.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow moves at a slower pace than Hatha Flow, intending to gently warm the body through a meditation flow that links mindful movements with the breath. The poses offered will range from gentle to challenging, always creating a safe foundation in which to explore your individual edge.
Restorative
Restorative is a quiet, slow practice that helps restore nervous system balance and can release deeply held tensions. We use props to support the postures to allow the breath, mind, and body to settle and invite deep relaxation and healing. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
