A time for mom to relax and connect back in to the body, breath and mind after pregnancy with baby by her side. We sing songs, play with toys, massage baby and create friendships with other families.

Men’s Monday Yoga is a class for men of all skill levels! This pre-register four-week course will bring you through the basics of yoga and provide guidance on how to build up to more advanced postures. Designed as a holistic class, we will touch on both strength and flexibility aspects of yoga, as well the philosophy behind the practice. Whether you’re a new or an experienced yogi, this class has something to offer you!
Conditioning the body and the mind! This class is designed to be fun first. It will move your body in new and exploratory ways and is meant to be both challenging and insightful. It’s a core workout – both literally and metaphorically! Expect to play with flowing transitions, breath work, and balance poses set to an ever-evolving soundtrack – jazz, 80’s pop, and maybe even some French baroque!
