Olivia is a Yoga, Barre, and Pilates instructor. Olivia’s journey into movement started at a young age with dance. She loves to fuse Dance, Yoga, Barre Fitness, Pilates, Relaxation, and Mindfulness together to create a perfect flow in which one can grow, sweat, strengthen, stretch, and release. She believes that exercise is great for both the mind and the body, and that it should be inclusive to any set of abilities or fitness level.
When not on the mat, Olivia works as a youth worker and is working towards becoming a Special Education Teacher. In her role as a youth worker and a fitness teacher she focuses on building healthy and empathetic relationships to fully support her clients.
