On June 2nd from 2 – 6 pm we are hosting a McTavish Rd School Reunion Party!
If you or your family members attended, worked at or were affiliated with McTavish Rd School during it’s many years as an elementary school, come and join us. There will be live music, food, drinks, inflatable obstacle course from panorama, painting stations and lots of other activities activities. 

We are also creating a historical gallery display with photos of the building, surrounding area, class pictures and year books dating back to when the school opened 1951. If you have any of these items and are open to sharing them or a copy of them with us please contact us so we can add them to the gallery display.

We were excited to repurpose McTavish Rd school and turn it into McTavish Academy of Art keeping it for use by the community. We recognize the historical significance of the building would love for the community to have a chance to share their history with the school and see how it has evolved over the years.

This is a family friendly event, with admission by donation. We look forward to sharing the history of this space with you!
