From Taylor Swift to Drake and from Bad Bunny to BTS, all of our favourite musical artists are using exploring the ways technology can expand and improve their signature sounds. Whether you’re an aspiring musician, an amateur DJ or just love building things that make noise, this camp is for you. Students will learn about electrical engineering while building their own electronic pianos using integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors and more. Then they’ll learn how to use code, online tools and even AI to create their own musical compositions.

They have been providing STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematic) since 2013 and have been able to craft a curriculum that explores a design, make, and play approach. McTavish Academy Of Art is located on 4.2 acres in North Saanich. The 18,000 sq foot facility has multiple studios and gardens as well as indoor and outdoor play space for children to explore.
