Gentle Hatha Yoga Classes

Join us for this gentle but challenging practice that has a bit more of a core focus than a standard Hatha Yoga session. The class is accessible to all levels but the ability to get up and down from the mat is essential. Strengthening all aspects of our core, front, back and sides will help us with many aspects of our lives. This class is user friendly with an emphasis on doing what you can do – Yoga should feel good!

A few notes for class:
– All props are provided
– Please bring a water bottle if desired which can be filled on site with filtered water
– Parking in front or rear lot. Also parking for bikes
– Please remember to turn off all devices upon arrival
