Weekend Restorative Classes

We all need some down time. When we are stressed mentally, physically, and spiritually restorative yoga offers rejuvenating and supported postures that soothe the nervous system and alleviate tension.

Iyengar Yoga restorative practices make use of an array of props to help the student remain in the postures for some time to experience the effect.

Join us. All supplies provided. You are welcome to bring your mat and water bottle.

A few notes for class:
– All props are provided
– Please bring a water bottle if desired which can be filled on site with filtered water
– Parking in front or rear lot. Also parking for bikes
– Please remember to turn off all devices upon arrival
