Barre Fitness Fusion combines elements of dance, pilates, and yoga to condition the body using exercises both at the barre and on the mat. Props are added to increase resistance, coordination and core strength. Each class offers a variety of exercises that are designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and body awareness.
