Conditioning, Balance, Grace & Movement for Adults! In this class participants will condition and mobilize the body through a mat warm-up that will include band work, then move to the barre to enjoy some standing exercises that will be ballet based, and finally in the last portion of the class participants put their learning to practice through ballet movement sequences that will further develop their balance, co-ordination, grace and musicality.
