We will be outdoors yet have the protection of a shelter tent to enjoy alfresco painting of Alcohol Ink in the fresh air. Painting with vibrant alcohol inks. Join us for a half-day making beautiful works of art with brilliant, vibrant, glittering alcohol inks. You do not need any ability to paint or draw in order to make a stunningly beautiful work of art your first time. We will be making wispy, silky abstracts as well as the possibility to make ethereal blooming flowers.

Alcohol ink produces an oder. The instructor will be wearing an N95 mask. We will be outside so the fresh air will wisk it away but if you are sensitive to odor we encourage you to wear a face covering. Participation will be limited to 10 students, each person will be sitting at your own table, so you will have lots of space to create. There’s a lot you can do to create beautiful works of art with alcohol ink that do not involve a hairdryer or electricity. Many artists work exclusively with pipettes and paint brushes to create beautiful works of art both abstract and representational.

The focus will be on learning different techniques, socializing, and enjoying the outdoors while being creative.
