Youth Yoga is a great way for young people to chill out in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Kaeli Rose offers a unique blend of music, storytelling, optional partner work, meditation and more for empowering the YOUth in yOUR cOMmUNITY.
This program has been designed from evidence-based practices that support the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of young people. Activities aim to improve mood, confidence, sleep, self-regulation and more! YOUth will improve their focus and concentration while developing imagination, creativity and healthy relationships.
