You asked for it, and we heard you! Join Bhumika for a 2 hour workshop all about the basic poses of yoga. You will receive individual instruction regarding foundation and alignment for your body, so you will have a better understanding of what you should be stretching, engaging, relaxing, and looking at. Basic poses include Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Downward Facing Dog, Plank, and more! This is a great class for beginners, those working around injuries, and those simply looking to gain a better understanding of their practice. Let’s have some fun!
