Men’s Mondays Yoga

Men’s Monday Yoga is a class for men of all skill levels! This pre-register four-week course will bring you through the basics of yoga and provide guidance on how to build up to more advanced postures. Designed as a holistic class, we will touch on both strength and flexibility aspects of yoga, as well the philosophy behind the practice. Whether you’re a new or an experienced yogi, this class has something to offer you!

Instructor Bio: Adrian Brett is an RYT 200 certified Yoga Teacher with a passion for promoting mental health and wellness. After graduating from Teacher Training at the PranaShanti Yoga Centre in Ottawa, Adrian began teaching yoga therapy classes for anxiety and depression at the Anxiety Disorders Association of Ontario (ADAO). Adrian also has a background in high-performance sport and athletic therapy as a varsity track athlete for Queen’s University. Having found a better and more balanced life for himself through the practice of yoga, Adrian is passionate about sharing the therapeutic and revitalizing benefits of yoga with everyone.
