Men’s Yoga is a class for men of all skill levels! This pre-register four-week course will bring you through the basics of yoga and provide guidance on how to build up to more advanced postures. Designed as a holistic class, we will touch on both strength and flexibility aspects of yoga, as well the philosophy behind the practice. Whether you’re a new or an experienced yogi, this class has something to offer you!
