Have a mid-week boost with this accessible class designed to wake up the body through a Hatha flow series. With a focus on the core we will start slow, become more dynamic and end with postures that will relax and balance you for the rest of the week. Modifications and various levels will be provided so you can take this class to a place that works for you!
