This quiet, slow practice helps restore nervous system balance and can release deeply held tensions. We use props to support the postures to allow the breath, mind, and body to settle and invite deep relaxation and healing. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. This series is accessible to everyone and is a wonderful way to take a moment to deeply nourish yourself.
Erin began practicing yoga twenty years ago to heal a physical injury and continues to find new ways that this practice enriches and deepens all of life, both body and mind. Now working toward completing her training in Therapeutic Yoga through Ajna Yoga, Erin specializes in teaching Slow Flow, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
With strong appreciation for the natural world, Erin strives to bring a grounded sense of wisdom to the natural intelligence of the body and a deep appreciation of community into her teaching. She believes that the practice of yoga truly reaches out into our larger lives and affects all aspects of relationship: with ourselves, with others, and the world as a whole and looks forward to learning both with and from her students.
