Yin Yoga is a practice of slowing down; a practice that allows oneself the time and space to properly rest and restore. An opportunity to unwind the stress and tension that resides in the deep tissues of the body.
Join Lynsay Pacey for this Yin series where we will deep dive into the foundations of Yin Yoga and gain an understanding of how these longer held postures affect us physically, mentally and energetically. These teachings will be woven together with seasonal wisdom to help you attune to the interplay between nature’s rhythms and your own.

This workshop is accessible to everyone and is a wonderful way to take a moment to deeply nourish yourself.
