This playful class is designed to make sure you get the most out of your time on the mat. We will build strength & flexibility by integrating core stabilizing work with mindful movement and breath awareness. Guided by your own inner compass you will find your own pace of practice & discover optimal alignment for each pose – creating a safe foundation for you to open your body and steady your mind.

Due to current health restrictions students will be required to bring mat and props to class. We are also no longer able to provide drop in. To secure your space please register early. We will have props available for purchase and will be updating details for these very soon.

If you have a credit from a punch pass or monthly pass please send us an email and we can assist in registration. If you are unable to make a class in the series you can have a friend or family member attend in your absence.
