This playful class is designed to make sure you get the most out of your time on the mat. We will build strength & flexibility by integrating core stabilizing work with mindful movement and breath awareness. Guided by your own inner compass you will find your own pace of practice & discover optimal alignment for each pose – creating a safe foundation for you to open your body and steady your mind.

We look forward to having you join us. Due to current health restrictions class sizes have been limited to ensure distancing. Students will be required to bring mat and props to class. We are also no longer able to provide drop in options at this time. To secure your space please register early. This class will be held outside weather permitting during July/August sessions.
