• Supplies: Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in and bring a yoga mat if you've got one (we have mats available at no charge.)

Moms, Dads and caregivers: come and enjoy yoga through your toddler's eyes. Introduction to yoga concepts and yoga poses are taught using story books, songs and rhymes. More then one child and/or babies are welcome!
